In my practice, I see individuals for both psychotherapy and psychological testing. I am also available for consultation.

Psychotherapy is a relationship in which we collaborate to help you learn new ways of being through your experiences. Although it is possible to learn new ways of being from books or from classes, very often this kind of learning exists only in our minds and it doesn’t “stick” until we can learn it experientially. It is my hope that psychotherapy can create lasting and holistic change that will improve your life.

Psychological testing can help you understand what your diagnosis is, so that you can pursue an appropriate course of treatment. It can also help you learn more about your strengths and weaknesses, as well as answer other questions you may have about yourself.
